    This item came in a large lot of items from a trip in 1931 to the Western United States.  It has corner and edge wear including nicks, creasing and a small tear.  The spines/folds have flaking.  Spotting and discoloration on the covers and on the inside pages.  There is a horizontal fold line that impacts the entire brochure.
