When your tadpoles arrive please allow the bag to float for 30 minutes to allow the temperature to equalize.
Then carefully open the bag and release them in your tank/pond/etc.
DOA PLEASE READ:
If they arrive dead please take a picture and send it to me within the same day of delivery INSIDE the packaging. Ive yet to have any DOA however stuff outside of my control happens in shipping and sometimes USPS delays packages significantly/etc.
