Delivery Policy
Our website intelligently works out the available options for delivery of your goods. There will normally be several options for you to choose from covering a range of prices and delivery speeds. The prices displayed for delivery are shown excluding VAT, where applicable. We use Royal Mails various services, as well as Courier services.
These orders are usually sent by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For (ISF). You will be notified of any extra charge, and required to confirm you accept the extra charge (which will be charged to you at cost) before the goods will be shipped.
Items in excess of 2 Kg will be sent by UPS or Fedex. and will be charged at cost. Prices for UPS deliveries are now calculated accurately online for your country of delivery. This is not always guaranteed to be next day delivery, depending on your location.
You will be billed in GBP. US Dollar and Euro prices are shown on our website for your help and guidance only.
Delivery Schedule
We usually ship all orders the same day (Monday to Friday), subject to the order being received by us before 4pm. International orders may take longer.
Damaged Goods
We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please call us on 01455 637762 within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate. We will also pay you the cost of the return postage. You will need to include a covering letter in the package stating the reason for return, and you might need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for us to be able to refund your postage costs.
