Antique Vintage Sterling Silver Enamel Unisex Cuff Bracelet Asia Middle East

Absolutely gorgeous hand made sterling silver cuff bracelet decorated in three colors of enamel.
Comes from a local Dallas estate, tests as sterling silver and there is a tiny rubbed hallmark struck on the edge twice as shown in pics #6, #7, #8. Very difficult to photograph because it is so tiny but on examination through a loupe it looks like some type of animal head, possibly a cow. I've been unable to identify the hallmark but this is probably Near East or Asia based on the enamelling technique and the overall aesthetic.
Obviously an older hand-made piece and check out the enamelling and know this is old. Based on the absence of a country name or a 'made-in' notation, probably early 20th century, about 1900 - 1940 (Art Deco era).
Weighs *about 1 troy ounce on my home postal scale.
About 3" across with an open back and 0.75" wide and please see tape measure pics. Size and aesthetic are such that this would work for either a man or a woman very well.
