Overall in fair shape in my opinion for age. Was found in basement and has a musty smell. The poster has some damge to corner and borders also some scuffing issues throughout. All shown in photos. The magazine has some discoloration to the pages nothing to major. Corners and edges are in fair shape minimal damage.
