    Description

    This is an original mixed media mosaic created by myself featuring one of my favorite quotations. Piece is created on a wood base and embellished with assorted tessarae.  Tessarae are the objects used to make up a mosaic piece. On this piece there are ceramic tile, glass tile, glass gems, glass nuggets, wood beads, acrylic beads, glass beads, metal jewelry findings, nails, metal chain, handmade polymer clay pieces, grout, acrylic paint and sealer. I have put a saw tooth picture hanger on the back of the piece for easy hanging. Piece is 8 inches at its highest point and 9 inches at its widest. It weighs a little over a pound.
