    Lapel pin made of gold-colored metal, enameled in blue and white, depicts a child's head in front of a large "1". It measures 7/16" wide and 7/8" high. The backside reads YOUNG CHILDREN PRIORTY ONE, a slogan of the Kiwanis IDD campaign (Iodine Deficiency Disorder) in children that the Kiwanis have been working to eliminate. Single post-and-clutch backing. Nice condition. Grey speckles in the white enamel are from the manufacturing process and not damage.
