You will receive the exact fishes from the listed pictures.
No selection. Requests will be considered but not guaranteed.
All orders are shipped out on
MONDAYS
and
TUESDAYS
to avoid
fish being held in the post office over the weekends.
Shipment day will be determined by location distance.
(all fish ordered after 12 PM PDT Tuesday will be shipped the following week)
Due to the recent weather and the pandemic, there have been excessive
delays
in deliveries, so please b
e prepared to possibly
pick up your fish at your local post office.
Disclaimer:
If your local weather reaches below 40 degrees Fahrenheit,
we require that you upgrade your shipping option
of your order
to UPS Next Day Air Saver in order for us to make the shipment.
Otherwise, we will hold onto your order until the weather warms up.
(While supplies last, all orders with upgraded shipping
will receive a free random betta fish)
All fish will be guaranteed to be beautiful and healthy when we ship them out.
Please make sure you have the proper space to grow your fish out.
Due to the stress of shipping, when fish arrive, they may appear duller in color and
may not eat for a few days, but with care and love, they will recover to their vibrant selves.
Unfortunately, we can not hold accountability for small injuries or damages to fish
that resulted from shipping (unless fish is dead).
Once we ship our fish, they will be out of our hands.
We provide tracking information after shipment,
so
please be at
home and prepared to receive your package when it arrives.

DOA Policy:
Due to our history of online scammers trying to get free fish,
we will need CLEAR AND CLOSE UP pictures
of the dead fish in its original packaging
and also a
few CLEAR AND CLOSE UP pictures
of the fish
out of the bag in a container/paper towel
sent to us via Ebay message
within 2 Hours of receipt
.
You will receive a full refund of only the fish
minus the shipping costs OR a replacement fish.
