We describe the main features of the stamps or coins, try and list the defects as we see them but we may miss some defects. We understand that our grading or description may not meet the quality that you want for your collection. Therefore, we do offer a full refund of the purchase price should you feel the stamp is not as described.
Due to camera quality, picture software, ebay, and/or your monitor there may be some color variations in the item that you are looking at.
We will ship within 24 hours of receipt of collected payment.  We will mail your purchase using
Early US Postage Stamps
and provide a tracking number.

Refund or Return Policy:
If the stamp is not as described or if you are not satisfied with the stamp's condition, please contact us for a refund. We will refund the purchase price to you once you return the stamp to us in the same condition as we had it listed.
We will begin charging a shipping charge, but with multiple purchases ask for an invoice and I will only charge for one item shipping charge.  Should you purchase and pay for multiple shipping charges I will refund all but one shipping charges.  Postage rates are high and when you are purchasing an item for a and I have to pay 55 cents for postage, and ebay takes 14 cents fee, paypal takes 35 cents fee, that leaves me with a loss.
