We ship to protectorates serviced by USPS and Hawaii/Alaska but the shipping rate for these areas is higher and will only be done by USPS. Shipping is combined on BUY IT NOW sales automatically if you ad all fish to cart AND then buy them it can take a week or more to get refunded for overpayment of shipping if you buy them each seperatedly. Each fish after the first is more shipping.

In the unlikely event that your fish arrives deceased we offer a live arrival guarantee in most cases. We warranty against death during shipping in NORMAL situations but we do NOT warranty against USPS errors or delays. In order to be covered USPS must deliver the package within 72 hours from the time we handed it to them.
To make a claim for a refund you must alert USBetta by either sending a message to our Facebook page, open a ticket with customer support, use live chat, or email us within 1 hours of the package being scanned as delivered. You must take a photo or video of the deceased fish in its unopened bag and provide it to us.
SHIPPING IS NEVER REFUNDABLE.
