We work M-F year round, and between Thanksgiving and Christmas we also work weekends.
We do sell on multiple platforms and we do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern will likely ship that day, the next business/shipping day at the latest.
Restricted shipping:
We currently have special rates for certain package types, that may require physical addresses for UPS/FedEx.
Orders placed for those items, that do not have a deliverable address with those carriers, will be cancelled.
We pass along the shipping savings to our customers, so using a different carrier is not an option for the price listed.
