Pages are brighter than they appear in my photos
Textblock and boards secure, but the back inner has been taped. Tips and spine ends lightly worn, and back joint separated about 1.5" top. Back cover has a small stain. Writing /name on the ffep. Shadowing from a bookmark [shown]. Back fep torn twice at gutter and one has been taped. Pages are lightly toned and light foxing to about 12 pages. 1 very small rip to the picture with the house [doc. taped the back]. No other rips, folds or writing that I saw.
