    Up for auction is a vintage souvenir booklet titled: "SOUVENIR:  1845 - 1945".  This soft-cover, bound booklet measures approximately 6.375 by 3.75 inches in size, and contains 26 black and white photographs, printed on heavy card stock, of "Maison Mere - Soeurs Grises De La Croix" or "Mother House - Grey Nuns Of The Cross".  This order was founded by the Venerable Mother Elisabeth Bruyere, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, in 1845.  The Mother House was originally used as an infirmary, convent and orphanage, and is still in use as a convent today.
    The souvenir booklet is in great vintage condition, with no missing or torn pages, no writing on any of the pages, and hardly any soiling and wear (primarily to the covers).  There is some creasing to the front cover, and a small half inch tear to the paper of the front cover, at the top of the spine.
