Vintage Art Deco Bracelet Blue Jasper? Rhinestones And Brass Filigree

Vintage Art Deco Bracelet, this measures a little over 7 and a half inches long, brass filigree, to me it looks like blue jasper but I’m not an expert so I could never be sure, it has matching rhinestones it is not marked but more than likely imported from Czechoslovakia, no issues, a beautiful bracelet and first picture is closest to actual color, if not exact, this could very well be made by Max Neiger, it has all the elements, but I’m not sure
