    From comparisons with other similar gas-powered karts, this appears to be a vintage Herkimer Cub-Kart Tether Race Car with a .024 engine. Wheels look good. No markings except for the Navy decals added later. Untouched. Uncleaned. Untested as found. Upper torso of  driver is loose. Driver originally
    blue, his jacket and hair were painted black; shoes and seat silver. Please see photos for condition. Untested, sold As-is.
