I don’t see any chips. Paint looks good, just needs cleaning.

This is a great vintage barware collectible! 14" Canadian Mounted Police Mounty Soldier from what I can tell. Material may be porcelain or china. Appears to have been a liquor decanter. Condition is absolutely great with no visible cracks, chips, etc. Barton Distilling Company, Bardstown, KY, production series A-1969. This is a great collectible!
