Sorry for my poor blurry photos!  This listing features a 1958 brochure from Central City Colorado for their festival that occurred on June 28 through July 26, 1958.  It is in excellent condition and has great information.  It is sold as shown, as is, so please ask questions.

The books & paper items may have a slight "boxed up" smell. I buy all my items from estate auctions, so, I do not know if the person had pets or was a smoker. IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC OR ADVERSE TO SMOKE OR ANIMALS, PLEASE read previous statement. I rarely wash or clean up an item as I have learned most buyers prefer doing their own cleanup.
