    Great for a Gift!!!!
This is the Perfect Liege/Belgian Waffle Iron
Our Stove Top Cast Iron Waffle Iron is Pre-Seasoned and ready to use.
It is extremely important that Liege/Belgian Waffles are baked with a very even heat.  The thicker
the crossection the more the heat should be  evenly distributed to the wafffle dough/batter.
Equiped with a retainer ring that keeps the iron closed while cooking.  This Commercial
Cast Iron Waffle Iron weighs 8.5 Lbs.!!  Compare that to the wimpy units on the market.
Please Note: The Liege Waffles that are pictured shows the pearl sugar as white specs.  We added the pearl sugar
in the middle of the cooking process to show the iron is used to make this type of waffle.  If the
pearl sugar is added to the Liege Dough from the beginning it would have melted/caramelized
    or disappeared from the picture.
This is a Video of us making the famous "Waffleburger" Use Internet Explorer to open.
This Heavy Duty Cast Iron Waffleburger/Waffle Maker is constructed to
withstand the pressure of cooking meat. Equiped with a retainer ring that
keeps the iron closed while cooking. Standard waffle irons are not strong
enough to smash meat to conform to a waffle configuration and stay closed.
Heavy duty to create even heating. No hot spots as other irons.
Perfect for tailgaters, camping and backyard BBQ's
Not your usual wimpy cast iron or aluminum cooker. Our cooker weighs 8.5 lbs!!
    4-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 1-1/8" thick

    Our stove top
Waffle Maker/Waffleburger iron is made of pre-seasoned cast iron.
This waffle iron is engineered to withstand the pressure necessary to form and contain
ground meats while cooking. The steam generated while cooking requires sturdy construction
and a solid retaining mechanism. We incorporate a metal retaining ring to keep the waffle iron closed!
This is truly the most powerful waffle iron ever constructed. The beefy construction ensures
a no hot spot cooking, even texture, waffle/waffleburger every time.
When using as a Waffleburger Iron: No more condiments squeezing out of your burger any longer.
The deep waffling keeps the condiments and relishes trapped in the waffling. No more soggy mushy buns.
No more sliding onions, tomatoes, bacon and lettuce out the sides. Finally a no fuss no mess hamburger.
Deep waffling leaves plenty of room for your favorite syrups, fruits, condiments and relishes.
Perfect for Tail-gaiters, Camping, Cookouts and Waffleburger Cook-Offs.
Perfect for the infamous Liege Belgian Waffles!
Most typical waffle makers of this type weighs a poultry 4 pounds. Ours weighs 8.5 pounds!!

    Dear mdfarin,
I just want to say thank you for a quality product. You paid great attention to great detail and
I can't wait to make my first waffle. My husband can't wait to use it on the grill. We may need
to order another one to have a his and hers waffleburger iron. It was well worth the wait and
to be honest it is made much better than my vintage cast iron waffle iron. Thanks again and
I will send pics once I make some waffles
    .

    Dear mdfarin,
Sorry, with the craziness at the holidays I forgot to leave feedback. Just made my first batch of
waffles today on the stove and they turned out wonderful!!

    Dear mdfarin,
    Hi Michael,
We live full time in a 40' motorhome. Space is at a premium. I love waffles but could not justify the
space necessary to store an electric waffle iron. Your waffle maker is easy to store and that alone
justifies it's purchase. Being cast iron it also works well with the induction cook tops we use when
electricity is available. Waffles are best when cooked at 365 deg and I'm getting fabulous results.
    Love my waffle iron.

    Dear mdfarin,
    I
wanted to thank you for having such a wonderful product. We got the wafflemaker last night,
but some how waited until this morning to make waffles. My family is gluten free and we don't
get much in the way of good bread products, at least those that don't cost a ton of money.
I made waffles for my daughters this morning and they are chowing down. This makes
wonderful waffles that brown nicely. It is hard to find Belgian waffle makers that are cast iron,
in fact I do believe yours is the only one I found. It was a review on Amazon that sent me to
your website and I am very glad it did. Have you thought of selling on Amazon? I plan on
linking to your website on facebook.
I am really not sure I could thank you enough.

    Dear mdfarin,
    Mike,
Just want you to know I have had my waffleburger iron since May and it has become a heavily used gadget in our family.
We make waffles every weekend for breakfast and it makes the best waffles. Thanks for a great product.
