    Inches. This photograph is of a political commissar Peter Ivanovich Fedorov. During WWII he was a politruk and earned many awards for his political work. (see screenshot)
    Interesting fact: During WWII German soldiers were ordered not to take any political commissars as prisoners by the German high command, and execute them on the spot because they were considered enforcers of "Judeo-Bolshevism" ideology in the military forces.
