Live arrival guaranteed on all orders that arrive during their acceptance/delivery date. If live betta fish shipments are lost or delayed by the carrier, we are unable to offer any reimbursement/refund.
In the rare occurrence of DOA's that arrive within their acceptance/delivery time. We will require **VIDEO** evidence of the deceased betta fish/s in the unopened bag within *ONE HOUR* of delivery.

The photos we take of the fish is exactly how it looks when it leaves our home to yours. Fish can become stressed when traveling although we try to provide the best conditions whilst your pet is traveling we can not control the amount of stress the fish endured on it’s way to you. Fish MAY differ In color upon arrival.
Our fish are well loved please keep in mind that betta fish need a minimum of 5 gallons and should not be housed with any other bettas. Snails and tetras are examples of good housemates for betta fish.
Betta fish are extremely intelligent and loving animals. Your bettas will love to eat live food as a nutritious diet.

The amount of food should not exceed more than the size of the bettas eye. We recommend 2 times daily.

As a tropical fish bettas love warmer temperatures 75-80 degrees. We recommend an adjustable aquarium heater and a thermostat.
